Aidan Kendall Pierce grew up in Cowan, IN. Soccer and Guitar held his heart through childhood as well as boy scouts where he has earned his status as an Eagle Scout. He graduated from Delta High School, 22’, and is continuing education at Purdue University. Aidan will be graduating a week before the wedding, with a Mechanical Engineering degree and Manufacturing Minor, and after the wedding he will begin his new job!
gara
Gara Marie Childers, raised in Muncie/Gaston, IN. She was a dancer, soccer player, wrestler, track athlete, and 10 year 4-H member through childhood before also graduating from Delta High School, 22’. Gara is also attending Purdue University, earning a degree in biomedical health science/occupational health safety. After the wedding, she will begin a doctoral program in Knoxville, TN.

Aidan and Gara met in 2018, both students at Delta High School, and began dating in 2020. They individually decided on Purdue and were delighted to find they were heading there together. Aidan proposed to Gara in May, 2024 before moving into their apartment. They were joined by Gara’s cat of 6 years, Mowgli, and in February 2025, they were also joined by kitten, Boiler. After the wedding, all four will be moving into a home in the hills of Tennessee.

As you arrive, please join us outside the venue for snacks, drinks, and conversation with family and friends. We encourage you to mix and meet new people! After all we will all be one big family in just a few hours.
ceremony
You will be ushered into the ceremony just before it begins. This will be an unplugged ceremony, and we ask that all phones are kept put away. Our awesome photographer will get plenty pictures for you! We want you present in the moment with us.
reception
When the ceremony is over, our guests will be lead to the reception. Find your table assignment and change into your dancing shoes! There will be dinner provided and we better see you on the dance floor!
